I think the fact they changed the pink sheets to reflect a more accurate and current OS number is a step towards being honest.

I personally don't rely on PR's only what companies report to the SEC or web sites like pink sheets where they can be held accountable for what they print.

All press release tell you they are probably wrong and you should not rely on them.

Of course Pink sheets also states the information provided is only as reliable as what the company gives them. The good thing about pinksheets now is if they find out your information is not correct or you are spam and pumping via email and fax they will block your quotes.

I think Pink sheets is doing a great job. This close to the Holidays I think your not going to see much happen with PRs and in early January things will come together.

This is just a wild guess re: approx. 200 million shares.

Garden deal was restructured and original owners of Garden aquired (or will aquire) said shares.

Speculation.
