This morning she sent me the same email she sent m1999 verbatim after I called her and she said I had to email her smh. But like I said it makes no sense that they handed out all the shares in the OS that fast considering what their last OS was just a couple weeks ago. There aren't that many convertibles here and it seems like its a miscommunication somewhere. Considering its an SEC reporter they have to report any convertibles and nothing that has been reporting in the past would shows that many shares could become outstanding.
