I believe the release said it was withdrawn? Not rejected? Only speculation at this point as to why it was withdrawn.

The cost to list on the OTCQB is $12,500 - with the TRO and lawsuit - Costello has lost his source of money.

Costello has a couple of days before his response is due on the CANN complaint - if there isn't a response shareholders will finally understand they invested in a scam.
