Appaently there was a remark today by the ALJ indicating that he thought the JEDEC rules were unclear. It was seen as very positive by a patent lawyer over on the Fool, who has shown some veracity in the past.
Danforth stated during lunch that he thought the SC ruling was "devastating". Of course DJ chose to quote CC, hence the swoon.
