That's a result of tests with low specificity and flawed testing methodology like the recently publicized Santa Clara County & Chelsea MA tests.

We need more and better studies of the test itself before we roll it out.


You mean like how the CDC test kits should have been tested? The problem is there are now dozens of tests of varying quality. Maybe in a rush to increase testing the FDA issued loose qualifications for EUA certification. I don't know what the EUA criteria is but perhaps the Feds should ban any test with a specificity below 95%

As far as money goes, the states that are crying are fiscally irresponsible and have a big fat zero in their surplus funds.



What does that have to do with anything? So what...we're all Americans and if some states have been fiscally mismanaged and don't have the resources or money are the Feds not going to help them? Don't you think if we're united as a country we have a better chance of kicking this? The Feds have to take the lead and stop blaming the states. The whole purpose of blaming the states is to divert attention away from the administration's failures. This is not the way we won WW 2.
