Yeah something needs to be done to prevent Mexico from going into deep recession and worsen an already bad situation.

Whether I'm reading about the cartel or Pemex....Mexico is a ducking mess.

Announce the deals, get us back to 2017 prices and I'll be so looong gone, then on to the next stock that also has amazing capabilities before making it's move/run.
