I said Elite COULD write out a check to pay the debt IF they wanted to.

HOWEVER, it would not be WISE to nearly empty out Elite's bank account to do this.

You always need to have a few million in the bank just in case S hits the fan.

BUT, like I said, they could write out a check today if they wanted to!!!!!

If we have the funds to pay off 3m in debt, then surely we have the funds to file #5, no?
