But isn't it courtesy to let shareholders know what's going on though. Even big board companies do.
They RS and stock lost 95%. If not now, I am not sure what the best time for company to support their stock and shareholders.
I am not asking them to pump but look at OTC this co. has every bad sign you can think of starting with shell, caveat emptor, otc no information etc. etc.
I think it is the right time for co. to let shareholders know where it is headed and the game plan.
