Here’s a thought experiment

If Pure CBD (CBD Isolate) in Foods, Beverages and Dietary Supplements were legalized tomorrow (that’s what HR 5587 would legalize), and investors on the sidelines start compiling a list of stocks in the sector they are interested in buying, VATE has a high probability of being on the most lists and becoming the most popular choice of investors in the newly legal Pure CBD Sector (not Full Spectrum CBD , not Broad Spectrum CBD, just CBD)

And here’s why

The opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a CBD Beverage stock selling the most popular beverages in America — Coffee and Tea — will be a large magnet for investment

When there is only 1 publicly traded company in America doing so — that will make VATE irresistible to many investors

Water is a very popular beverage, too, and CBD-infused water has been the choice of beverage for nearly all CBD Beverage stocks — so there are at least 6 different CBD Water stocks but only 1 CBD Coffee and Tea stock — that categorical difference alone will make VATE a more popular choice of investors than any single CBD Water stock

Now let’s exit this thought experiment and get back to reality

CBD Legalization is not happening tomorrow

But it could very well happen in May

That is when the Phase Four Covid-19 Stimulus Bill is projected to pass

I don’t know, there’s still a great deal of opposition to this amongst Republican Party leadership, so it’s tough to say

Will the Senate approve Hemp Banking?

Absolutely, there is tremendous support for it and zero opposition

Hemp has been federally legalized and completely descheduled — MJ is federally illegal and a Schedule 1 Substance — so there’s an enormous difference there

In January 2020, HR 5587 was filed — Miller nailed it

So Hemp Banking and CBD Legalization passing inside of the Phase Four Covid-19 Stimulus Bill in May is a very plausible outcome

Last time I checked it was already mid-April
