Experienced CFOs and CEOs do not...I repeat...do not...respond to bad press.
This CEO did go postal over that article and frankly as discouraged as i was like all of waiting for the assets to be published I commend him for holding back on what he had.
He can take all the time he wants to sue the paper and produce AF's that are totally compliant with the complexities of Sarbanes-Oxley requirements to file and subsequently uplist as needed with their stated goals.
His hesitation and desire for all components to be inclusive of the true value and coming on the heels of CSHD's fiasco, would make me hesitant to take on that responsibility. Why screw up a good stock at this stage?...especially when under the influence of forces that used a libelous article to provide cover for their raid on price within minutes that morning.
He's a deal maker and never was desirous of holding the CEO job. Let the lawyerly types fill that role down the road.
All we need to know now is that when the financials are released, they will stand up to scrutiny. That's the only way truer market forces will ever start to govern it's proper valuation.
