The percentage of insider holdings and the Longs I know personally that have millions of shares is making for an extremely tight float !!! Nobody was shorting this stock at $0.07 or at $0.17...the margin required was way too high. They were however shorting it at $3 pre split and at $18 post split....as the short interest numbers showed. Which makes sense because the $2.50 per share margin requirement is much less of a risk at $3 and $18...and for those that knew the stock price was going to tank in the uplist it was easy money.
