Goldman, the filings show 13.6 bil. shares of BKMP, There was if my memory is clear on this 17.6 trillion prefereds issued and their only should of been 13.6 trillion issued, so if the math is correct their was 40 trillion more prefereds issued then should of been and the theory is there is 4 billion shares of BKMP shorted! Maybe Art can explain it better, because the discussions were a while back and my memory is not what it used to be!
