No one still knows what is going on. Mike they did actually file the form 15, i got an email from San Francisco SEC on that matter. It appears it doesn't matter if they file by the end of the month some say. I sure wish it would. I was getting bushwacked, along with everyone else. Except the experienced ppl that see this crap all the time. Honesty is a huge disadvantage here. Really thought wrong on this one. I will "stay tuned". Haha
