Art, I mis-spoke. I meant I wonder how many MM's use that loophole....and just who is watching to keep them honest?

IMO-That is the issue…………..NO regulation, electronically manufacture 1M or 1B shares, funnel the funds to an off line private (secret, illegal) account and who would know the difference. At the very worst, sell at say .0009 and later (LOL) if it looks like your being investigated, buy em back at .0003 months later……….who would know the difference, who is monitoring, who really cares????? No one catches you….keep all the proceeds……………………………………………..

Now just multiple this number across thousands of mm’s trading systems…and millions of transactions a day after day after day……..monitor em all right, cover the naked ones in 3 days….right!
