What? I'm not "backtracking" on anything. The company has made no meaningful disclosure since 2015. They never put any financial statements on Twitter or anywhere else, I'm afraid.

But inadequate as their disclosure is, this suspension is about COVID-19.

The SEC said it questioned the accuracy and adequacy of the "information" being disseminated.

That's SEC speak to politely accusing them of securities fraud.
