Well, when the next Q comes out and is SEC filed I guess we will see if warrants issued or if subscriptions issued shares. And there is nothing wrong with that, by the way.

Now the patent is another issue, as well as an announcement from the Company that they have to file with the SEC

FACT! As reported by DECN, the OUTSTANDING SHARES increased by a factor of 33.3% or 53,153,249 shares between December 31, 2019 and April 3, 2020, with the bulk of the increase coming between mid-March and April 3, 2020.

How many more newly printed DECN shares have blown out the door in the last 10 days?
