I was lied to in Mid-March when I was told by KB CEO that quote; "No new shares are being Issued at this time" No Just the DAYS/Weeks after my call, at the time the Float was approx 150Mil maybe 153Mil? But by April 3rd the O/S was up to 212Mil Float=206Mil, so we know that at least 50 maybe 60 MILLION shares were dumped on shareholders, April 3rd is when I lost any respect I had for KB CEO...
