Bozo Berman and Matthew Musho

While we are waiting for the patent information it would be great to know when this magical converted glucose meter is actually going to be put to trials with real COVID, non COVID and healed COVID patients..

TAUG's consultant should just call the SEC again for all the good it will provide him. Companies do not provide non-shareholders with information that they are not entitled to.

Not looking for a reply that is 100% deflection. Bozo Berman knows he has to report to the SEC. Bozo Berman knows he has to reveal the relationship to the purported patent to shareholders.

Looks like BOZO Berman also lied to shareholders calling in about the O/S shares. So much for this a call the company moment...

This may come as a revelation, but DECN, via its single Officer and Director, only distributes the information the single Officer and Director personally CHOOSES to communicate. IMO, the Company's messages are often "packaged" in a deliberate attempt to pump the DECN share price or are "qualified" in a concerted effort to avoid potential personal regulatory accountability. Unlike SEC 8-K's, DECN's fluffy PR's are not signed and attested by the CEO. The DECN investor transparency decisions are nowhere close to being comparable to the SEC mandates in terms of providing material information to the shareholders and non-shareholders alike! The mysteries and secrecy surrounding DECN's operations is blatantly obvious!

BTW, hopefully I don't have to spend time checking it out, so were the transaction details of DECN's acquisition of subsidiary PharmaTech Solutions, Inc. from Keith Berman ever publicly disclosed?
