This came from an overly zealous distributor, and as phrased may not be factually incorrect.

FWIW, I emailed the FDA yesterday to find out if ARYC had even submitted a test for review or done the paperwork required to be in line for review and they had not.

Not only was the ARYC test not approved, they were not even seeking approval.

I emailed Mark last night asking what the F!? No answer, of course.
