Dan purchased N'east and with that came the promise of funding. From what has been discussed, it looks like N'east recieved little in funding. I think Jim figured he could do better on his own and gave Dan an option. Sell out or I fold the magazine.

I really don't think SMMW will see much for the magazine except for shares. Restricted .0001 shares.
