Sad to think that you believe a States owned company that specializes in electronic development is willing to recommend committing 10's of millions to build a QDSC facility, without vetting the technology.

That, or they put requirements in the license agreement to protect themselves - the license agreement that we haven't been showed.

Considering that there is all but zero chance that QMC has demonstrated R2R production and that nobody has found a scientific journal article that even suggests the technology to scale up from the lab exists today, what makes more sense? (1) that they saw the high-school science project solar cell held together with paper clips and started throwing money at QMC, or (2) that they saw promise in the technology and put technology requirements in the license agreement?
