Why do you think the India deal will be any different from the China, Saudi Arabia, or any other deal that QMC PR'd about?

At this very moment in time, 1 1/2 years after signing the agreement, those that are the financial backers CONFIRM that the progress is progressing.

May it fall though like the others? Sure, I choose to believe the confirmation of the State of Assam at the moment.

But Seriously Amtron is an Assam state owned electronic developmental company. let me repeat that an electronic development company.

Now I don't know this for a fact but one would assume that a electronic developmental company would know what they are looking at when they test technology.

Second, if they weren't fairly certain that they could bring the technology to market, the next logical step for them would be to build a research facility not a manufacturing complex.

You just don't make world altering technology out of thin air.
