The testing will take place at the University of Pennsylvania's Perelman School of Medicine and the Center for Pharmaceutical Research in Kansas City.

Well, there is a INO vaccine, the FDA has approved the INO vaccine for human trials, which have started. Also, since the federal government sees the INO vaccine as a leading candidate, Oncology Biosciences has been approved and funded by the federal government to produce the INO vaccine prior to completion of trials in anticipation of good trial results. So there is an INO vaccine and it is in production. Just need to complete the red tape hoops and then it is on the market saving the world.
