No reason to give a serial number if it ain’t gonna be approved

SORRY, BUT NOT TRUE! The FDA assigns a serial number to every accepted PRE-EUA Application. The serial number is simply used for electronic tracking; therefore, has nothing to do with any sort of a preliminary product review.
