Not assuming everybody has it is like assuming a gun can be in an 'unloaded' state. Every Gun is Always Loaded. Even if you take all the bullets out, it is STILL LOADED.........wanna know why?

Because of this statement that invariably is uttered by someone who has just shot somebody by mistake: 'I thought it wasn't loaded'.

Try to wrap your head around the philosophy behind both my assumptions.......

How are you going to 'contact trace' someone who 'tests' positive???

Incubation period is 5+Days.

Are you gonna contact trace all their trips to the grocery store, and God knows how many people they were within 5 feet of in the last 5+ days?

And are you gonna 'contact trace' 30,000 new cases/day...
