MA has just hired 1000 Public Health students to do contact tracing. We are at the mitigation phase because we didn't do testing or contact tracing like China or Hong Kong or Singapore or S Korea. Once we past through our peak and so a second wave does not start we will be doing aggressive contact tracing. During that phase we will be doing significant testing.
