but of course, people need to understand a plan to eliminate convertible debt is very positive news, but its a big difference from "has" eliminated as in past tense


so yeah people should expect some "overhang" as you refer to it

until 100% of the convertible debt is gone

and imo ASCM has nothing to do with any of that


I just believe they are short-selling contrary to some beliefs
