Why Lockheed Martin is the key denominator with BIEI...

I believe Lockheed Martin could prove to be the key denominator here with BIEI for what they stated in their PR today of them having engaged a high-powered, well-connected lobbying firm to procure a portion of the 2020 stimulus package and other government funding:
