I generally agree with what you are saying in response to Paper's last comments, but here's my area of concern-

Paper is 100% correct in the fact that this is just the latest of many (MANY) other delays. Yes, all new products to the market are expected to have some delays... from small companies to big (example: Microsoft). But, at some point, good companies are able to actually, finally, get their product to the marketplace.

IHDR has not yet been able to do so. While that's generally (but disappointingly) fine with me, IHDR has released in the past, several PR's announcing "imminent" unit sales. None of these have materialized to date. Not a one.

I think Paper's biggest problem is that many of the PR's released by IHDR have been quite misleading in the language used. IHDR could have said something like: "We are in active negotiations to sell some units" but instead, chose language which sounded more like "We've basically sold x amount of units" and then this has never come to fruition.

The one positive I do see is that in the last few PR's, they've begun to state timeframes. They said in this latest PR that they would have the electrical output reults in about a week (not an open ended deadline). So, another week... the key will be to see what happens then. Will it be approved and then shipped? If so, all is good. If not, then that indicates to me there is a larger problem here that they have not revealed.

The underlying problem is not the delays. It is the fact that at the previously stated flows and pressures they are getting about 1/3 of their previously stated output, plain and simple. I can’t imagine why the price is up on that news.

I was pretty excited about it:

until I took the time to see that it proved that their device did not work!

7.5KV = 10 h.p. They are equivalent! They are getting about 3.6 h.p. The test setup pictures clearly show that no generator is attached and their LA Engineering’s methods for calculating power output seem valid. The trailer with the test unit seems to be in the same place with the same pump that has been used all along.
