The playbook noted personal protective equipment (PPE) and medical supplies that would be needed in response to a global outbreak, as well as steps the federal government could take to mitigate the damage.

There was no pandemic in '17, asshole. The shit on Trump's plate is of his own making, directly the result of his pathological need to condemn and repudiate all things Obama.

He's a victim of his own fatal character flaws and pathetic weaknesses.

He's like a character from a Greek tragedy, except for his lack of character and any redeeming virtues whatsoever.

This has been gone over repeatedly. The report of course was PRE-Corona virus pandemic and it WAS included among the potential crises Obama presented to Trump during the transition.

Trump's well known short attention span, willful ignorance and abject stupidity meant it all fell on deaf ears.

And Trump did disband the pandemic panel and replaced none of the members.
