Because most POS companies gag their TA while they dilute the hell out of the stock, by letting the shareholders call and get the O/S on the stock,you can see if they are diluting, basicly being transparent with nothing to hide is the way to go if you want to gain trust from the investing public imo

laomao, a gagged TA means dilution,companies always gag the ta to prevent shareholders from knowing how much the company is diluting,otherwise why gag the ta?
