Dino, I just learnt that it's a Contingent Value Right and not a warrant. SHs get certain benefits if a specific event occurs in this case within a specified time.
There's no strike price as per ETrade on this and they asked to contact Ligand for any further information. Just thought I'll share it with you. Thanks!
thanks, I had the same question about the Z bought here today but sat bid too long so less shares than if I had slapped when I found it on most posted last hour. sat bid at atyuz too long as well then moved on only to see it fly. have to be very cautious as I have been holding too many bags from not playing smart. ATYU $1.50 ish ATYUZ .12 LGND $71 ish LGNDZ .04 I don't understand the fundamentals of that but happy to have a few tickets here! LGNDZ!
