Seems the shorts are determined to push the PPS down below $1 maybe even low 90s. What BioReference did was not only making money but saving people (Wall Street?). I believe the 50m offering was Frost's warning to shorts to get out. But instead of letting go, shorts double down. Right now Dr. Frost is just taking advantage of these shorts madness.
