So if I understand you correctly you claim nothing has changed accept no audit shown? (accept no audit shown is the same ol same ol so in fact it is not an exception to nothing changed)

then you claim as a basis for optimism that they had a good PR in the same sentence you admit their 3 previous PRS about the audit were no good.

I understand your optimistic in your position, and I can accept that, however the logic of your post completely eludes me.
