The RI permit writer told me that RI had nothing in the state like the $SNPW MedRecycler, and that the state badly needed it, and her attitude told me the Government political critters were all in doing what ever needed to happen to see it got funded and built, legally and safely, but that git what ever help it needed from the state to do it right, and do it.

As I recall she said the state was using out of state facilities.

RI profits from taxes on operating businesses in the the state, not out of state. And RI is like Nevada with open spaces for landfills.

Last thing a business wants is to try to operate in place where the government does not want you. Not talking about and an ambulance chasing shyster, but state governments or huge city/county governments that hate certain businesses.

Also we are about to see record unemployment world wide, maybe worst than the 1930s in months. No way they will kill a well funded new job producing business in the local town, with folks begging for a job.

On the Covid19 waste, people at home with COVID19 are tossing contaminated stuff in the city trash heading to landfills with no treatment or containment at all. Think of trash dumpster divers at apartment complexes diving for aluminum in all that COVID19 suspect waste. That is the real danger.

I see no issues with the $SNPW technology handling COVID19 or possibly COVID19 waste.

What they do insist on is no mercury, or radioactive waste, ....etc.

Oh, and no bombs either, LOL. Ask about that story some day. Tails of the old west handling waste in the 1980s, like getting a drum from the army that was not waste solvent, as it claimed on the label, but had a Bomb in the drum LOL
