In my opinion: No. RSHN shares are not increased with the divy. Apple Rush Company is a new entity with no float. After our divy, we all are now the float in Apple rush company w/o increasing the RSHN float. Two (2) seperate entities.
Bottom Line: No dilution, but you gain shares in a new entity that has a tanglible item in the form of a trademark (but I have a speculation, that there is more to this Apple Rush Company THAN JUST A TRADEMARK). We will all have to wait and see.
