LGBS has never R/S EVER!!! and has said nothing of R/S and its almost impossible when the government is functioning not in Crisis mode for a OTC company to File for one and there has been no Filings For one EVER
If a Company was to File and R/S they most likely would get de-listed
with out first filing Current info on OTC markets
