Don't agree with that. The economic impact isn't just taking into account deaths, but also changes to consumer habits -- which have obviously been heavily disrupted.

I mean, the math on the overall # of deaths gets REALLY SCARY if you assume more of the population gets sick. And that's the obvious scenario if we don't keep quarantining, and limiting exposure. It's extremely easy to spread because of some people being asymptomatic, or having very mild symptoms, and due to the long incubation period.

Italy's death rate is closer to 10% because of how overwhelmed their whole hospital and healthcare system became due to unchecked proliferation of the disease.
