"The Applicant has requested an extension of time until April 20, 2020 to file additional briefing in support of the application for review. FINRA does not object but requests an equal extension of time to file its response brief in keeping with the Commission’s initial briefing order. It appears appropriate to grant the Applicant’s request for good cause shown. Therefore,
