Denny....for the love of me, I don't know why this board is obsessed with the FDIC-R, or any agency, or banks having to make a distribution for Wmi assets under the cover of darkness.. It has been 12 years since the receivership happened, and I haven't seen one lawsuit filed against FDIC for a 5AT taking...if there a problem here with distributions, it has nothing to do with clandestine actions to return those assets, and also the timing to keep the press from publishing stories...no body knows nothing here, now, and 12 years ago...this has been glacial for a reason unknown...there will be no wine before its time, is the old saying...there is another one, when it comes to money..."only the force of law will make idle money move".....Lodas
