I haven't found any meaningful data as to the prevalence of secondary bacterial/pneumonia infections along with COVID-19. Have you seen any confirmed cases?

I don’t have any hard data, but it’s been reported that a high proportion of deaths resulting from COVID-19 infection are cases where a secondary bacterial infection is the immediate (i.e. actual) cause of death.
