Rich1: Here is the post from Yahoo by Meonthebus about the FTC corruption in MU initiated FTC case against RMBS. Rumor in Yahoo RMBS board has been that MU asked Otter to press FTC for bringing fruad charge against RMBS. The Supreme Court decision on RMBS yesterday should negate whatever the outcome from FTC tomorrow. If this rumor would be correct, I hope JOD would investigate it. See Meonthebus message below:

I agree ob. This is outragous. Who called attention to the Grasso conflict of interests? Donaldson, I think. Maybe we should cc him as well as a few newspapers asking why they do not investigate this."
