i'll try to give benefit of doubt. maybe it's me but i get 2 different lists for filings. i don't understand why edgar doesn't show them all but if someone were looking at just that...... and what's even more weird is that if you type in the ticker, nothing comes up. what am i missing? the second link shows filings at otcm. why the difference?
