2 REVERSE SPLITS IN JUST A FEW MONTHS!!!

Absolutely not true!
The reverse splits were nearly 1 year apart as anyone can see by going to https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/FLES/security. I have stated before the reverse split 1 year ago was part of the reverse merger. The recent one was due delinquent filings and dilution through note conversion causing a cellar-box situation. No way to get out of that without a reverse split. Yes it sucks!

CEO MAKES $300,000 SALARY FROM DILUTING THE STOCK AND HE BOUGHT A BRAND NEW MULTI-DOLLAR HOUSE WITH THE MONEY STOLEN FROM UNSOPHISTICATED AND UNEDUCATED INVESTORS!!!

According to filings Chris's salary for 2019 was $293,625 Tim's was $31,790. So yes Chris has a salary of nearly $300,000 but Tim does not. Chris also had a salary of $268,622 in 2018 pre-merger. Not unheard of for the President and CEO of a company. The business still seems to be growing even with that salary. Chris also purchased his home pre-merger so no money from noteholders was used to qualify for the purchase and filings should show if any money other than his salary was funneled toward his home.

THEY HAVE MASSIVE LOSSES!! MASSIVE DEBT!!!

That will be shown in the next 10K and the following 10Q whether there is any validity to this statement. Remember in new growth companies revenue is king and profit will follow.

Last year sucked for a number of reasons and people speculate as to why things went down the way they did. Will history repeat? I don't know, but at this rate I don't think it is possible. If they start diluting again, who is going to buy it? They need to do something different if they want to grow there business. And according to the PRs and the S-1, I think they are trying.

Anyway, like I have said before time will tell how this turns out. Everyone should do their own DD and if posts like the one I am responding to scare you then by all means stay away from this stock.
