And I'll bet ya she wouldn't touch it with a 10 ft pole! And in reality I doubt any JUDGE would take it on to be heard in his/her court, they would just recuse themselves from hearing it!!!!!
You have to understand a lawyer just doesn't reach into their POCKET and do a contingency case!!!!!!!!!!! First the go to a group or tribunal that reviews the case what is about and WHO (FDICK) it is against. As a group they vote on it if to give funding to the attorney or NOT! IF IF IF they vote to approve they get their funding and also a GOOD PORTION of what the attorney would get!!!!!!!!!!!!
IMHO IN THIS CASE or instance THEY WOULD IMHO VOTE NO FKIN WAY to back the lawyer UNANIMOUSLY.
