Yes, lord forbid that a co is showing their insider buys.

For some folks, everything is an issue and a reason to ask more questions.

Insider charges are not easy to prove. If they were, every insider and his brother would be in the pokey.

Gonzalez and Shockey are buying their shares based on the info regarding the imminent merger. This info in public so is not insider information.

What is not public info is who the merger candidate(s) is/are. This is being worked on and I don't believe Gonzalez and Shockey know who the candidates are. The firm facilitating the merger would not provide this to Gonzalez and Shockey as this would indeed be insider information, if not released to the public, and the firm would not want to jeopardize itself by being associated, in some way, with the possibility of insider trading.

Of course, I could be wrong and everyone is a crook.
