You said it best earlier imo, not all OTC PubCo's are scams just because they trade on the OTC. But for whatever reason some prefer believing that foolish fallacy and that's what they're completely entitled to do. Doesn't mean they're even remotely correct in that false assumption. Just like the false assumption being spewed that Director Gonzalez hasn't been buying open market shares as ALL his disclosure forms reflect, right down to this most recent exhibit right>>>

This would insider trading. If the stock were to seriously go up based on some material information disclosure that wasn’t otherwise already in the market place...Those “share purchase” disclosures would be exhibit A in their trial.

This is a black and white issue. They have access to material non public information...including the details to any such “deal” they keep hinting at. The criteria is simple, if the information is such that it could reasonably be expected to affect the stock price one way or another (eg. The stock suddenly appreciates when a deal is disclosed in detail) then they are completely at risk of insider trading charges.
