I agree with that, my point was one of somethings are more frowned upon and acted upon by the SEC than others. Flat out securities fraud/insider trading being one of them.
Why you normally see the sale of unregistered securities to outside parties and not by actual CEO/insiders.
The gain is not worth the risk when there are so many other mechanisms to benefit that are not easily traced or visible such as what is being disclosed here by the CEO.
Far to often people pain things in black/white when things are far more nuanced than that on the OTC. Even the notion that all OTC stocks are scams is a simplistic uninformed view that is often over conflated with actual PPS trading action than the companies themselves.
