Yep, buy and sell on the ask...period...it's pretty simple, but evidently extremely difficult for some!! Bid sitter buying to save 100 bucks or so is moronic and worse to me than selling on bid. Most people that don't have L2 think that the sell price is the bid and the buy price is the ask. So they accept that. Bid sitting buyers kill a run faster than anything IMO. Kronos will be fine, just a bumpy road with a few forks in it starting out on its journey to dimes and quarters. GLTA.
