Really anything under .4 is super cheapie at this point that was the RS conversion price. One good piece of news and this could easily run over $1. It may take a lot longer to get up to a more reasonable valuation based on revs. A lot of trust was loss and it will take time to regain that trust. There will be some who will never forgive or forget, but there are a lot of others out there who may be willing to throw a few dollars in the ring. All in my opinion of course. Do your own DD and invest according to your own conscience.
